Application of the main methods for the biological activity evaluation such as antioxidant, anticholinesterase, cytotoxic, hypoglycemic, or in any case related to cosmeceutics and nutraceuticals, and the strategies for the selection of in vitro colorimetric, biochemical and/or enzymatic assays will be highlighted. Aspects relating to data analysis and statistics for the interpretation of results will be disseminated.
